En C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire,\u00a0<strong>plus de 70 % de la population a moins de 35 ans<\/strong>, et l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux technologies num\u00e9riques progresse rapidement gr\u00e2ce aux politiques publiques et \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie nationale de d\u00e9veloppement du num\u00e9rique selon <a href=\"https:\/\/telecom.gouv.ci\/new\/uploads\/publications\/171137227746.pdf\">le rapport<\/a> publi\u00e9 par le <strong>MINIST\u00c8RE DE L\u2019ECONOMIE NUM\u00c9RIQUE ET DES T\u00c9L\u00c9COMMUNICATIONS ET DE L\u2019INNOVATION<\/strong> en 2021.<\/p><p>Pourtant, selon <a href=\"https:\/\/testsit.onef.ci\/\">l\u2019<strong>Observatoire National de l\u2019Emploi et de la Formation (ONEF)<\/strong><\/a>, le taux de vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 des jeunes reste \u00e9lev\u00e9, atteignant\u00a0<strong>67,5 % en 2019<\/strong>, et le taux d\u2019emploi informel chez les jeunes d\u00e9passe\u00a0<strong>92 %.<\/strong><\/p><p>Ce d\u00e9ficit de comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques repr\u00e9sente un frein majeur \u00e0 la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019innovation et \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9 technologique du pays.<\/p><p>Pourquoi ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre ?
